A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Sergio combines deep technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to leadership. He further strengthened his business and leadership capabilities through the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Before founding PARPAL, Sergio worked on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including nuclear facilities, where he developed a strong foundation in project management, risk control, and field execution. Today, he leads ParPal with a focus on innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.
