We executed a turnkey lump sum project for the full upgrade of the West Pyote Station facility. Our scope included civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation work. This involved installation of deep foundations (helical piles and sonotubes), construction of reinforced concrete foundations, and fabrication and erection of pipe rack steel. On the mechanical side, we handled the setting of owner-furnished equipment including knockout drums, pumps, and blowcases, as well as the relocation and reinstallation of an existing flare system. We also fabricated and installed all interconnecting piping systems, including multiple tie-ins to existing infrastructure. Electrical and instrumentation scope included installation of power distribution for equipment, cable tray systems, H2S perimeter safety monitoring, and termination of control devices.

We delivered a fully functional and mechanically complete facility upgrade under a lump sum turnkey contract for Energy Transfer. The project included critical operations such as the dismantling, transport, and reinstallation of a 45-foot flare system, installation of new process piping, and integration of safety and control systems across the site.
Our team managed all disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring coordination across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes while maintaining schedule compliance. The project was successfully completed within a strict deadline, meeting all operational and construction requirements for the upgraded station.
