We executed a lump sum project for the civil and mechanical expansion of the B4LTW facility. Our scope included full site development and installation of piping, equipment, and structural components required to support increased capacity. This included site work such as hydrovac, grading, gravel installation, fencing, containment systems, and foundations for multiple equipment systems. We performed extensive piping fabrication and installation in accordance with ASME B31.3, including new headers, process piping, fuel gas systems, flare system connections, and multiple tie-ins to existing live systems. We also completed installation and setting of major equipment including compressors, knockout vessels, tanks, VRU systems, pumps, and line heaters. Additional scope included structural steel supports, pipe racks, coating and painting, NDT, hydrotesting, and full system testing and commissioning support.

More Information About The Project
We delivered a comprehensive capacity expansion project involving significant modifications to an active gas processing facility. The work included installation of new process systems, rerouting and upgrading existing piping, integration of new equipment, and coordination of multiple system tie-ins during planned outages.
Our team managed all field execution, including coordination with other contractors and operations to minimize downtime and ensure safe integration with existing systems. The project required strict adherence to engineering standards, quality control through NDT and hydrotesting, and detailed documentation including weld mapping and test records.
The expansion was successfully executed while maintaining operational continuity, delivering a fully integrated system aligned with the facility’s increased capacity requirements.
